Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: November 1, 2026 · Last Reviewed: November 1, 2026
1. Our Commitment
I.D. Me Promotions, LLC is committed to providing a Website experience that is accessible to a broad audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing part of Website design, content, testing and maintenance.
2. Accessibility Target
I.D. Me intends to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA as a technical guide for the primary Website. A target does not mean that every page, document or third-party service is fully conformant at all times.
3. Measures
Accessibility measures may include semantic headings and structure; keyboard operation; visible focus; text alternatives; adequate color contrast; accessible forms, labels and error messages; responsive layouts; captions where appropriate; and automated and assistive-technology testing.
4. Ongoing Improvement
New pages, product data, supplier content, catalogs, PDFs, embedded services and third-party platforms may introduce barriers. I.D. Me prioritizes reported issues based on impact, frequency, technical feasibility and available alternatives.
5. Third-Party Content
Supplier websites and content, Ecwid and Shopify stores, Flipsnack catalogs, Zendesk features, payment portals and other independent services may be outside I.D. Me’s direct control. I.D. Me encourages providers to support accessibility and will offer reasonable assistance or an alternative method when practical.
6. Assistance and Feedback
If you have difficulty using the Website, need information in another format or want to report an accessibility issue, use www.idmepromotions.com/contact and select “Accessibility Assistance,” or call 888-788-0101 or 818-774-9500. Please identify the page or feature, describe the barrier, and provide optional information about the browser or assistive technology used. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Response Process
I.D. Me will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge requests promptly, investigate reported barriers, provide available information or an alternative method, and communicate corrective action where feasible.
8. Known Limitations
Product images, descriptions and specifications come from suppliers and may not include complete text alternatives or consistent structure. Older PDF documents, Flipsnack digital catalogs, Ecwid and Shopify stores, and other third-party tools may not fully meet the accessibility target. If you encounter one of these limitations, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
9. Compatibility and Testing
As of October 2026, the primary Website has been tested with automated axe-core checks against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria, in Chromium at desktop width and in a phone-sized view, on the home page, a category page, a product page, search results, a content page, the cart, account sign-in and registration, the Contact Us and Start a Project forms, and these policy pages. Keyboard-only operation of account registration and the Contact Us form has been checked. Testing with screen readers and other assistive technologies has not yet been completed.
10. Updates
This Statement may be updated as the Website, accessibility practices, testing and third-party tools change. The Last Reviewed date will be revised.
